Service Reliability & Support

A public overview of how reliability, support scope, and contract-specific targets are discussed.

1. Public scope

This page is an informational overview, not an executed Service Level Agreement. Availability depends on the relevant WebWorldMaker services, third-party providers, maintenance, customer configuration, and the terms agreed with the customer.

2. Measurement and reporting

Where a contract includes an availability or response target, the contract defines the measurement source, service boundaries, exclusions, maintenance notice, reporting window, and calculation method. Public marketing copy should not be treated as a measured result or guarantee.

3. Service credits

A service credit exists only when an executed customer agreement expressly provides for one. Eligibility, claim timing, limits, and exclusions are controlled by that agreement; this page does not create an entitlement.

4. Support handling

Support channels, operating hours, severity definitions, escalation paths, and response targets are confirmed during onboarding and recorded in the applicable order form or support agreement. Third-party carrier and platform incidents may affect delivery even when WebWorldMaker systems are operating normally.

5. Requesting the current terms

Contact the team before relying on a service-level commitment. We will provide the current service scope and, where applicable, the agreement that governs your account.
